What do I do when I haven't received my order?
A: Contact us by email or phone Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, and we can help you locate your snack package.

When will my snacks arrive?
A: On typical orders with free or standard shipping, it takes about 5-10 business days to receive your order. At checkout, you may purchase express shipping for an extra charge that will deliver your order in 2-4 business days.

How long will the snacks stay fresh?
A: You will probably devour them before this becomes an issue, but if you want to know more, please reference each product's page details for specific shelf-life questions. If you are still not satisfied, feel free to email us at contact@classicsnack.com or call us at 877-933-5444

Are you Kosher certified?
A: We are! All cookies (except Cinnabon®) are certified Kosher Dairy by the Chicago Rabbinical Council. All savory snacks are certified OU-Dairy, as a Kosher Dairy product.

Do your products contain peanuts or tree nuts?
A: Please be advised that our products contain known food allergens and sensitivities. We strongly recommend that anyone with an allergic condition or sensitivity to tree nuts, peanut products, or other food allergens NOT consume our products. Our products may contain allergens or sensitivities as a direct ingredient, or they may contain trace amounts of allergens, because our products share common equipment.

My cookie dough has been sitting out of freezer/fridge for a few hours. What should I do?
A: For best quality, we recommend the pre-portioned cookie dough remain frozen, but it is safe to thaw at room temperature, bake according to instructions, and consume. The product is also safe to refreeze after being thawed to room temperature.
